Stefan Genser

Stefan Genser is Director of Sales, RFID (EMEA) at IDENTIV, a global leader in RFID- and BLE-enabled IoT solutions. With degrees in both computer science and innovation and product management, Stefan helps customers develop new NFC solutions that transform everyday products into smart, connected devices. Over the last several years, he has focused on improving clinical and healthcare products and applications. As Chair of the NFC Forum Healthcare Special Interest Group, Stefan passionately supports the tech community by sharing insights and advancements in NFC technology.

Hema Deepak

Hema Deepak is a senior manager at Infineon Technologies, where she leads global business development and product marketing for security chip solutions. Hema specializes in custom security and authentication solutions for the medical device and systems industry.

Bringing over 15 years of cross-functional experience in the semiconductor, manufacturing, and telecommunications sectors, Hema has held key roles in product management, technical marketing, and engineering.

Hema holds a Master’s of Electrical Engineering from San Jose State University, USA and is known for her strategic vision, entrepreneurial spirit, and dedication to secure, user-centric technology solutions.

Tamar Sapir

Tamar Sapir, PhD, is the CEO and Founder of Synchronyx, a health technology company that helps pharmaceutical companies, health systems, specialty pharmacies, and payers improve medication adherence, patient engagement, and real-world evidence across the treatment journey. Synchronyx delivers this through Tappt®, a medication adherence and patient engagement platform that transforms standard medication packages into connected digital companions using NFC-enabled smart label technology.

With more than 25 years of experience across clinical research, quality improvement, and digital health, Dr. Sapir has led peer-reviewed research with a focus on practical, scalable solutions that keep patients on therapy and give care teams timely insight into adherence barriers and patient-reported outcomes. She serves as Vice Chair of the NFC Forum Healthcare Working Group, where she supports the advancement of NFC-enabled solutions in healthcare.

Puneet Randhawa

Puneet Randhawa serves as Head of R&D at XenTag. He is a technology entrepreneur and product innovator with over two decades of experience developing connected products and digital platforms. As the founder of multiple technology ventures, he has led the creation of solutions spanning IoT, M2M communications, wearable devices, security, and cloud-based data systems. His work focuses on leveraging NFC, cryptography, and connected technologies to enhance product authentication, traceability, and consumer engagement. He is passionate about transforming emerging technologies into practical business solutions, building world-class distributed teams, and accelerating innovation from idea to market.

Mohammad S. Ahmed

Mohammad S. Ahmed is a seasoned technology and engineering executive with more than 25 years of experience leading product innovation, advanced manufacturing, and business growth across the medical device, electronics, industrial, and IoT sectors. He currently serves as Sr. Director Engineering at ASG, where he leads strategic growth initiatives with global medical device manufacturers, driving manufacturing innovation, supply chain optimization, and commercialization of patient-critical technologies. Mohammad also currently serves as Vice Chair of the IoT Special Interest Group (SIG) within the NFC Forum, where he helps advance the adoption of NFC-enabled connected solutions.

Mike McCamon

Mike McCamon is the Executive Director of NFC Forum. He is a seasoned technology executive with over 30 years of experience in the tech industry. Demonstrating a wide range of skills and passions, he has been both the inaugural executive director of the Bluetooth Special Interest Group and later on, part of the executive team that launched Water.org.
