NFC Forum has announced NFC Release 15, a breakthrough in contactless technology that extends the range of certified compliant NFC contactless interactions by up to 4x. With the adoption of Certification Release 15 (CR15), NFC Release 15 will now be available to the public and products can be certified compliant to this new industry standard. Oliver Regenfelder

Oliver Regenfelder is Embedded Systems and Standards Architect at cilab.

Prior to this role, he held positions at silicon manufacturers and has accumulated more than 15 years of working experience.

With NFC, Oliver's work ranges from hands-on silicon implementation to conceptual work, such as standardization and system architecture. Stops along the way in areas such as NFC Firmware development or NFC system validation round out his experience in the field.

Mike McCamon

Mike McCamon is the Executive Director of NFC Forum. He is a seasoned technology executive with over 30 years of experience in the tech industry. Demonstrating a wide range of skills and passions, he has been both the inaugural executive director of the Bluetooth Special Interest Group and later on, part of the executive team that launched Water.org. He also led high-growth teams at Apple, Iomega, Intel and several startups.

Jose Mangione

Jose Mangione is a Senior Principal Application Engineer at STMicroelectronics. He has more than 30 years of expertise in the semiconductor industry in different roles in management and chip development. He has been a member of the NFC Forum since 2015 and is currently the Vice Chair of the Compliance Committee.

Andreas Woerle

Andreas has served as a Lead Principal Engineer for NFC Systems at Infineon Technologies since 2007. He is an active NFC Forum member since 2014 and currently chairing the Analog and Digital Working Group and the TC EMVCo Alignment Task Force

Preeti Khemani

Preeti Khemani is Senior Director, Partnership & Ecosystem Management at Infineon Technologies. She also serves as Chair of NFC Forum and as a FIDO Board member.
