NFC Forum 2.0 Wireless Charging Specification Approved

This month, the NFC Forum, the global association for standards and advocacy for near-field communication (NFC) technology, announced the approval and adoption of the Wireless Charging (WLC) 2.0 specification. Designed to make it easy and convenient to charge low-power devices such as wireless headphones, smartwatches, headsets, fitness trackers, styluses, and other consumer products with phones and other NFC-enabled devices.
