The NFC Forum hosts Member Meetings to create community, develop common interest in new markets, and make F2F progress on shared work products. All members are invited for a three day program that includes Committee, SIG, and Working Group meetings along with our Member Roundtable and networking receptions. Registration is now open for our 2025 Americas Member Meeting, taking place Tuesday, 8 April - Thursday 10 April in Seattle, Washington USA.
Please register by 31 March to take advantage of the early bird discount.

The 2025 Americas Member Meeting is being hosted at the Grand Hyatt in Seattle, Washington. This luxury hotel is located downtown, just blocks away from the city's iconic attractions like Pike Place Market and Paramount Theatre.
A limited number of rooms at a negotiated rate of $219 USD per night are available until 17 March.

Visitor Information
Q: Do I need a visa to enter United States for this conference?
A: Citizens of certain countries and territories need a visa to visit or transit the United States. Determine if you need a visa and what type here.
Meeting Information
Q: What is the dress code for the meeting?
A: Business casual attire is encouraged for all meetings and evening events.
Q: I have special dietary needs. Who can help me?
A: You will be able to let us know any dietary needs (including vegetarian) when you register online through our registration system.
Q: My company requires an original signed receipt. Who can help me?
A: Email the Events Team (events@nfc-forum.org) with this request.
Q: May I have a list of attendees?
A: During registration, all attendees are asked if they wish to share their contact information with fellow attendees. This list (of those who wished to share their contact details) will be available all the event. Please email your request to the Events Team (events@nfc-forum.org).
Q: Will there be internet access in the meeting room space?
A: The NFC Forum will be providing attendees with Wi-Fi while at the meetings (in the meeting space only). Details will be provided onsite.
Q: Will I be able to access my company’s VPN if I use the NFC Forum’s Wi-Fi for the meeting?
A: Yes, you should be able to connect to your company’s VPN when using the Wi-Fi; please check with your IT team before traveling to ensure you have everything you need to connect.
Member Information
Q: My company is not a member yet. How do I sign up?
A: To sign up as a new member:
Review our membership benefits from the Member Join page.
Select “Join Now” under the membership level you would like to apply or, scroll to the bottom of the page to complete the Membership Application & Agreement.
Complete the application and click Submit Application at the bottom. Be sure to enter your phone numbers. Your email domain name MUST match the domain name(s) listed on your company’s membership application or you cannot sign up.
You will receive a welcome email with login information to the Member Workspace. Log on and change your password.

Q: My company is already a member, but I do not have an account in the Member Workspace. How can I sign up for an account?
A: You can create an account one of two ways:
Reach out to your company’s Primary Contact. Primary Contacts of member companies have access to update rosters and add/remove users from the Member Workspace under the “Company Admin” tab.
Sign up for an account on the Workspace login page. Please note that you will need to use a valid company e-mail.

Q: How can I join a Committee or Working Group?
A: Members can make a request directly from the NFC Forum website. Options are available according to your membership level.
Q: Should I still record my attendance at Committee / Working Group / Task Force meetings?
A: Yes, attendance should still be recorded. To record your attendance:
Log into the Workspace. From All Members Home > “View Workgroups” on left panel Select group > Calendar > Select event > “Record my attendance as present”
