Erisco's electronic locks utilize NFC to harvest power from the user's phone as well as authenticate the user. Our locks are never online, all communication with the lock is via NFC.

We have no battery on our locks, each interaction utilizes power harvested from the user's phone. We have developed and patented a high efficiency coil which optimizes energy harvesting over a variety of phones, to allow for very quick energy transfer while also allowing for reasonable data transfer rates. We utilize 256 AES encryption together with X509 certificates to manage permissions, allowing for our product to be secure and to scale for use by corporate customers.

Our locks have many more features which we would be happy to discuss. From a purely NFC perspective, the quick energy transfer via our patented coil across multiple end user devices is what makes our product unique.
