Trends in Smart Packaging

Members of the NFC Forum’s Retail & Payment Special Interest Group (SIG) delivered an impressive presentation during the Active & Intelligent Packaging Industry Association’s (AIPIA) Virtual Congress on September 10.  Ranked #3 out of over 40 sessions, we are pleased to bring the panelists back together and share their presentation beyond AIPIA’s attendees.

NFC technology has become one of the most prolific technologies on the planet with over 20% of the population having access to NFC. Its widescale adoption is fueled in part by its growing use in smart packaging being implemented by brands across the world.
